    あっさりですが『こく』があり上品ならーめんです。今回は『黒竹』を頂きました。醤油も刺々しくなく、酸味、甘味、苦味、全てがバランスよく、最後の一滴まで残さずスープを完飲出来ました。初めは物足りなく感じるかも知れませんが『このらーめんはスープまで完飲してご馳走様でした。』と言えるらーめんだと思います。接客態度も申し分ないです。※スープには貝類を使われていますのでアレルギーの方は気をつけて下さい。
